Beautiful Country Wedding
I am delighted to share with you a beautiful outdoor wedding ceremony with you. A real bride wedding I had the pleasure of creating hair and makeup for. With colour hues of lilac and soft green. Set in the rustic surroundings of The Milling Barn, Throcking, Hertfordshire.
Wedding Morning Preparations
Bridal preparations took place at Radford House Bed and Breakfast. This is not the average Bed and Breakfast it boasted modern decor and well lit rooms. The owners are very accommodating and lovely to. It was such a lovely place to be able to prepare the Bride and her wedding party .
Wedding Makeup
Natural wedding makeup is the most requested style of make-up. Because I like to create a look that Bride feel comfortable with. Emphasis is on the skin looking like skin and only covering areas that need it. Creating photographic balance in wedding images, whilst still looking and feeling yourself.
False lashes have been used and they are not overpowering the images. They subtly open up the eye area and most often you can wear less mascara. Which is great if you get a tear in your eye during your ceremony.
Wedding Hair Styling
Hairstyling for the Bride was about creating texture in the hair to create an effortless looking hair style with impact. The finishing touches of flowers add to the country feel of an outdoor wedding. You can find further real bride inspiration in my wedding gallery.
Wedding Flowers
Lush greenery with pops of lilac and pinks continued the flow of the country feel into the wedding breakfast. With the floral arrangements adorning the table settings and tealight candles adding a soft romantic feel. Adding a scent of nature to the place settings using fresh cut rosemary.
Advice from the Bride
Try not to worry about the little things. At the end of the day people don’t remember the colour of the table plan or how the napkins were folded. Don’t drink too much!Enjoy every moment, It will be the only time in your life everyone in your life, is in one roomMake time for one another before the wedding day.Try not to think that everything will be perfect, because things will go wrong but nobody else will know. Our wedding cake was the wrong shade and the videographer didn’t turn up on time.
